Philips Order Process Manager in Bothell, Washington
In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025.

Order Manager
As an Order Manager will manage the end-to-end coordination of new orders, product exchanges, and returns between our contract manufacturers, global distribution centers, and end customers—with a strong focus on compliance, urgency, and patient impact.
Your role
Coordinate daily flow of orders for medical devices and service units from contract manufacturers to global distribution centers and final customers.
Serve as the central liaison among contract manufacturers, planning, logistics, customer service, and quality teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
Prioritize urgent medical device shipments, track open orders, and resolve issues impacting availability or patient care.
Manage complex order types with regulatory and compliance sensitivity, maintaining accurate ERP system data (SAP preferred).
Monitor inventory, flag shipment risks, collaborate on documentation requirements, and support process improvement initiatives to enhance service levels.
You are the right fit if:
You have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
You posses a minimum of 3 + years of experience in order management or supply chain operations, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry.
You are experienced with ERP systems such as SAP, and strong Excel skills, experience with CRM.
You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work cross-functionally and globally, maintaining a high sense of urgency and accountability while being detail-oriented and compliant with strict regulatory and quality requirements.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an in-office role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $95,000.00 to $150,500.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
