Philips Director of Digital Supply Chain, Forecasting & Analytics in Cambridge, Massachusetts
The Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) leader for Digital Supply Chain, Forecasting & Analytics will serve as the thought leader and driving force for Supply Chain digital transformation, including the design and implementation of critical forecasting and planning tools, partnership with technology teams on the design and implementation of flexible data architecture in support of world class supply chain analytics and supply chain design.
Your role:
Designing and driving the digital transformation agenda, including the implementation of forecasting, analytics and planning tools.
Partnering with technology teams to design and implement flexible data architecture that supports world-class supply chain analytics and design.
You will also help to lead development of the Supply Chain Planning and Analytics technical roadmap, and implementation of enterprise software systems.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ yrs experience leading supply chain teams, including direct or indirect managerial responsibility (ideally global teams preferred) and 5+ yrs experience leading complex cross-functional programs/projects
Your skills include knowledge and experience with supply chain analytics, S&OP/revenue planning, ERP systems (SAP preferred – PRD/MP1 even better), planning systems (JDA preferred) and demand and supply planning, Experience leading a global team across multiple time zones and continents
You have a Bachelor's degree and Master's or equivalent experience in supply chain or operations management or related field
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills; strong business acumen and business partnering capability; and are fluent in English

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in MA is $144,750 to $231,600.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
