Philips Global Upstream Marketing Manager in Cambridge, Massachusetts

As the Global Upstream Marketing Manager, you will lead the efforts of Ambulatory Monitoring and Diagnostics (AM&D) in developing a fact-based "Where to Play" and "How to Win“ plan per Segment in alignment with the Business strategic plan.

Your role:

  • Identify audiences and opportunity areas where Philips AM&D can play based on analysis of target audience needs, competitor insights and clinical trends.

  • Define and evolve the Product VPC (including requirements for new products, propositions, platforms and claims requirements), identify new solution offerings in collaboration with the Product Management and Business Innovation teams.

  • Define positioning input to the Business marketing plan and engagement of teams on customer engagement strategy

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in product management and/or new product marketing

  • Your skills include comprehensive understanding of global medical product introduction

  • You have a university degree, Masters preferred

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You’re experienced in co-creating with a multi-disciplinary team, preferably in the medical device field and ability to present to a large group

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office-based role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $136,000 to 216,000.

The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $136,000 to 216,000.

The pay range for this position in Chicago, IL is $136,000 to 216,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
