Philips LATAM Rewards Manager in Ciudad de Panama, Panama

LATAM Rewards Manager

Your role:

  • Develops budgets for merit increases, retention strategies, and various incentive programs, such as long-term, annual, and sales incentives, conducting in-depth analyses of external market data, forecasting trends, and ensuring that all compensation strategies align with Philips' overall strategic goals.

  • Evaluates annual benefit program budgets by reviewing proposed changes and ensuring they align with the organizational objectives, financial constraints, and employee needs.

  • Provides expert advice on complex rewards topics and unique situations, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry’s best practices and the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop integration plans, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with organizational objectives.

You're the right fit if:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in areas such as Rewards Management or Human Resources

  • Deep knowledge of compensation management and methodologies from global firms.

  • In-depth understanding of the Brazilian market regarding compensation and benefits.

  • Deep knowledge of benefits management and Sales Incentives.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. As this is a office-based role, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week in our office in Panama.

Role reports to the Head of Rewards Americas based in Cambridge, USA with functional reporting line to the People Bussines Partner LATAM and manages a team of 3 resources.
