Operational Procurement Intern
Your role:
Performs day-to-day Procurement operations under active guidance of Panama Operational Procurement Team Lead.
Performs operational and tactical sourcing activities regarding Shopping Cards / Purchase Orders Creation.
Stakeholders management and support.
Takes decisions individually on normal day-to-day operations, captured in the key areas of responsibility focusing on the continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyzes of KPIs: Purchase Order Compliance, Service Level Agreement end to end timing Approval; Parked invoices.
Support projects and new system implementation.
Indirect Services and Material Customer Service support America
Vendor Master Data Customer Service support America, creating vendors and making the screening regarding to the background of each of them, to always offer the best quality to our market.
