Philips Customer Project Coordinator - Gainesville, FL in Gainesville, Florida
This position leads implementation projects for Philips Disease Management Solutions (DMS) Products and Services. The Customer Project Manager works cross functionally during the pre- and post-sales process with both internal and external stakeholders. A professional, customer-facing role, the applicant must be able to do the following: To be able to engage in empathetic and compelling ways with hospital management up to the executive level, to help meet project objectives, stakeholders’ expectation and generation of project deliverables across the DMS portfolio.
Your role:
Delivery of End-to-End Solution and responsible for managing project scope, achieving goals, and balancing requirements. Includes coordination with stakeholders, internal and external teams, and ensuring revenue recognition based on agreed timelines. Implementing DynaCAD and UroNav products through effective project planning and execution.
Managing Regional-Based projects using PS cloud tools. Ensures proper scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management and acts as liaison during project execution to ensure all deliverables are met.
Supports revenue projection and recognition activities for DynaCAD and UroNav products. Manages project value typically <€10M and provides revenue forecast inputs and maintains balance of risk, issues escalation, and corrective actions.
Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and standards and partners with contracts teams to adopt standard terms and conditions. Adheres to Philips standards and processes as outlined in Philips Business System (PBS).
Critical for managing relationships with key stakeholders to meet financial commitments. Communicating and reporting to management on FSR dates for committed revenue and hosts kick-off calls and supports handover activities as a subject matter expert.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Clinical Practice or other related field or equivalent combination of academic and work experience.
Minimum 2 years’ of experience in healthcare customer service or combination of equivalent related experience and education. Experience in services delivery processes with a focus on Project Management.
Requires a broad understanding of multiple technology solution areas in healthcare with specialized knowledge in DMS Products.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to complete tasks independently. Consistently meet or exceed deadline deliverables and takes initiative and identifies problems, generates alternatives and recommendations within defined processes.
High-level professional demeanor and interpersonal communications skills.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Florida is $62,250 to $99,600.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
