Your role:
Adapt GTM approach with changing market dynamics (e.g., NRP, centralized procurement, integration of EQT/Service) to deliver Zone sales target and gain MKT share
Team Management & Sales Enablement
Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure adherence to bidding regulations, contract audits, and post-sales service protocols to mitigate legal, compliance and financial risks. . Customer & Channel Optimization
Market Intelligence & Data-Driven Governance
You're the right fit if:
Integrity, Culture champion to engagement/inspire salesforce to win
Proven business acumen on Medical Imaging industry with solid KOL network(good relationship with local government is a plus)
Strategic thinking with solid business planning capability and ability on internal & external resources orchestration & integration
Place great emphasis on compliance and have good track record
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
