Philips PH Western Europe Professional Marketing Manager in Hamburg, Germany

Your Challenge:

This role is part of the WE OHC Professional team. The Professional team plays a crucial role within the OHC community and is responsible to develop Sonicare as the most often recommended power toothbrush among dental professionals.

This position can be based in the Netherlands or Western Europe Market.

Your role:

  • Developing and rolling out the Western Europe OHC Professional Strategy in collaboration with the BG to drive professional recommendation of the Philips Sonicare brand (MOR) and Zoom Sales.

  • Accountable for managing the AnP professional marketing budget

  • Ensure professional marketing is fully embedded in the overall OHC strategy and alignment of E2E brand- and marketing approach between local consumer- and professional marketing campaigns.

  • Align with Zone Prof Marketing teams on their Annual Activity plans as a derivative from WEM Prof Strategy, track progress on plans & KPIs and provide guidance and enablers to facilitate excellence execution to drive MOR.

  • Stimulate healthy experimentation in selective Zones to drive MOR and scale up within WEM when successful, share learnings when not successful.

  • Selects and organizes the participation at professional WE events & congresses to engage with the professional target audience

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a WE relevant network of Key Opinion Leaders. Strengthen and further expand our WEU KOL advisory board

  • Provide guidelines and setting right KPI’s for the local KOL activities & setting the right KPIs to increase brand equity and to stimulate brand awareness and -promotion amongst relevant professionals.

  • Executing partnerships with the most relevant European associations, acting as the spokesperson to the board members of the associations and team-up with the local Professional Relations Managers.

  • Manages online training tools and designs/localize training content tailored to online CE sessions (webinars).

  • Localize Global claims & content for L&L-and PR content along the PDJ to ensure local relevancy. Flag gaps in content and have ongoing conversation with BU about content roadmap and WEM relevancy.

  • Provides BU with input into Business clinical roadmap to guarantee local relevance, require publication of relevant studies in scientific journals Co-creating & orchestrating Professional Education Tools for training of local internal professional field teams ensuring effectiveness and equipment with latest clinical evidence and NPI and external training of selected target audiences.

  • Creating a European dental & hygiene guideline for students to stimulate brand awareness and brand preference amongst the ambassadors of the future. Local markets are responsible for localizing and executing the strategy.

  • Together with the European BMMs, defines European professional product portfolio in collaboration with Business Category teams

You're the right fit if:

  • 10 years of experience in regional/local Dental Professional marketing

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex organizations

  • Strong business acumen and drive for excellence in execution

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, next to influencing skills and natural authority

  • Leadership and enterprise mindset to guide others on areas of focus in E2E organization.

  • Ability to inspire and lead teams, develop talent and nurture and winning company culture
