You are responsible for
Planning and delivering assigned installation service to customers with high quality; focusing on the efficiency and service quality.
Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty; owning customer service quality KPIs for assigned account. Ensuring service process implemented effectively.
Supporting services business.
Attending training and developing relevant knowledge and skills, focusing on service competence level and actual service capabilities.
Providing service support to team members as required, focusing on good team work.
Preparing and providing kinds of Service Report on an accurate and timely basis.

You are a part of
Services& Solution Delivery Installation team, which is playing an important role to ensure Philips services installation delivery. You will report to Installation Manager and cooperate with service sales, modality sales& other services related teams.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or above degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related major
Over 2 years’ work experience of customer service in healthcare industry
Strong technical knowledge on healthcare products
Strong communication skill
Clear and logic thinking
Ability to handle multi tasks
Good execution skill
Good English skill in reading and writing
Willing to take responsibility and travel
Self-motivation and self-management
