Philips Trade Shopper Marketing Manager in Istanbul, Turkey

Job title:

Trade Shopper Marketing Manager

Your role:

As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be the key link between our marketing and sales teams, translating brand strategies into actionable go-to-market plans. You will be responsible for driving category growth, optimizing, leading commercial planning cycles, and building strong partnerships with key retail and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial planning process for assigned categories, ensuring alignment with business targets and marketing strategies

  • Develop and execute integrated 360° go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams

  • Manage pricing, promotion, placement, and product strategies to maximize category performance

  • Drive customer engagement by developing compelling channel activation plans

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across sales, demand planning, and marketing to ensure flawless execution

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing trade marketing team

  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to drive business opportunities

  • Own the forecast accuracy and support S&OP processes

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or commercial roles, preferably in FMCG or consumer electronics

  • Solid experience in working cross-functionally with sales and other teams

  • Strong leadership skills with prior team management experience

  • Excellent analytical thinking, business acumen, and decision-making capabilities

  • Fluent in English

  • Agile, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
