Philips Sales Lead in Ljubljana, Slovenia
Sales Lead is responsible for driving sales and commercial partnerships across the Adriatic region, including the creation and implementation of the national sales strategy and Sales Plan, including sales forecasts. Leads the sales team, works together with operations and marketing, trade shopper marketing and digital teams.
Your Role:
This position plays a crucial role in expanding Philips' market presence and profitability in the Adriatic region, thereby significantly contributing to the company's growth and customer satisfaction.
You will lead the sales team and work together with operations, marketing, trade shopper marketing, and digital teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and strategy implementation.
You will develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans for the district based on Key Account Management, customer centricity, segmentation, customer needs and market conditions.
Identifying and develop new business opportunities.
Responsibility for execution and management of the yearly business plan of the region.
Meeting or exceeding sales, volumes, and financial targets.
Being responsible for the monthly business review meetings: sales, volumes, sales, forecast, price realization, customer complaints, escalations and supply chain.
Ensuring coordination between all customer facing functions, and distribution channels in the district to guarantee “one face to the customer”.
Developing and maintain excellent communication links and relationship with top customers and the key decision makers in the region.
Providing regular feedback about market development and competitive situation.
Ensuring follow-up with customers with overdue accounts.

You're the Right Fit If you have:
Significant experience in sales management (preferably more than 5 years) with relevant industry & market know-how.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent strategic planning abilities and a knack for fostering commercial partnerships.
Experience in Sales in B2B or B2C environment
Excellent English skills.
Basic understanding of Finance and logistics.
Professional communication & negotiations skills.
How We Work Together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is field-based, primarily done at customers' or suppliers' locations across the Adriatic region.
