Philips Customer Order Intern in Lodz, Poland

In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orderscomming on Functional account mailbox, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the standardization of sales support team workflows. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in order management and supply chain operations.

Your role:

  • Managing Functional account mailbox where all UKI orders fall in;

  • Assist the Sales Back Office (SBO) team in managing and cleansing activities before order entry into the SAP system.

  • Work within the Salesforce environment to organize and clean orders, ensuring they are ready for SAP processing. Enhance your understanding of the Quote-to-Invoice process for the region.

  • Collaborate closely with the allocation team to secure delivery dates and ensure smooth order processing.

You're the right fit if:

  • You are a student who has completed at least your first year of studies.

  • You are familiar with MS Office; an intermediate level of Excel (e.g., pivots, basic functions) will be a plus.

  • You are fluent in English.

  • You are proactive, thrive in dynamic environments, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
