Philips Customer Order Senior Specialist with Romanian in Lodz, Poland

As a Customer Order Senior Specialist you will be essential in managing incoming customer orders (systems, options, and upgrades), ensuring all order information is complete and correct, ready for booking, screening, and allocation.

Your role:

  • Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked, screened and allocated.

  • Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team

  • Ensure that all parts of a customer orders (from factories and 3rd party suppliers) are correctly listed on the order

  • Collect missing information from the specialists in the sales organization

  • Supporting logistics activities to ensure the delivery of equipment in accordance with the expectations of customers

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Sales Support/Operations, Customer Service

  • You have good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results

  • You have the ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail

  • You are proficient in Romanian and English languages (B2 or higher)

  • You have knowledge of SAP (other ERP and Salesforce would be an advantage)
