Philips Order Management Junior Specialist (Personal Health) in Lodz, Poland

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Order Management Specialist with a keen interest in logistics and process optimization. This role involves managing and monitoring complex orders using SAP and various tools to ensure quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, logical thinking capabilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

Your role:

  • Order Management : Process and manage complex orders using SAP and other tools, ensuring data quality and compliance.

  • Customer Coordination : Act as the main contact for logistics and customer inquiries, resolving escalations effectively.

  • Stakeholder Communication : Maintain strong communication with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting & Insights : Generate reports and offer recommendations for decision-making and process improvements.

  • Issue Resolution : Address shipping discrepancies, returns, damaged goods, and price mismatches efficiently.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have minimum 1 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics.

  • You have fluent English language (B2 level or higher), feeling comfortable in communication with stakeholders.

  • You are a problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management).

  • You are team player with strong communication skills.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  • You have working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP), would be an advantage.
