Philips Services Delivery Intern with English in Lodz, Poland

As an intern in Services Delivery Department, you will support back-office activities of Customer Service for the EMEA region, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing service delivery.

Your role:

  • You will support back-office daily activities for the EMEA region, including updating internal databases, preparing Lean Daily Management boards, and managing medical equipment data in SAP and Salesforce Service Max.

  • You will play a key role in delivering efficient services to clients across EMEA region, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.

  • You will collaborate with a diverse multinational team of professionals from 20 different nationalities, engaging with stakeholders from various departments to ensure effective service delivery.

  • This role offers a valuable opportunity for personal and professional growth by gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment. Hybrid working arrangement is available.

You're the right fit if:

  • You are currently enrolled in at least the 2nd year of Bachelor's Degree studies.

  • You are fluent in English (at least B2) and you have basic knowledge of Excel and Word.

  • You are an open-minded person, eager to learn and develop, as well as willing to work in a diverse and multicultural team.

How we work together
