Philips Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist with German in Lodz, Poland

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the Parts process you are responsible for making sure that spare parts are available and delivered for our customers and Service Engineers from DACH market. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Your role:

  • Receiving POs from customer and Service Engineers for spare parts

  • Processing POs in the system which ends with an automatic request to the transportation department

  • Managing invoice disputes on customer requests including issuing credit & debit invoices

  • Informing customers about delays and interruptions with delivery

  • Managing customers queries for spare parts such as price requests or follow-up on PO status

  • Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests

  • Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers

You're the right fit if you have:

  • Experience within Customer Service, Supply Chain or similar area would be a plus

  • German on a min B2 level

  • English on min B1 level

  • Professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset

  • You enjoy having direct contact with customers (B2B) and keep a high standard of communication

  • You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.

  • Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage

  • The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmen
