Philips Area Manager, Americas LATAM - Emergency Care (South) in Miami, Florida
In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025.

Area Manager, Americas LATAM (South)
As the Area Manager, Americas LATAM (South) you will be apart of Philips overall Emergency Care team within the commercial B2B and B2C market. You will be responsible for driving an over plan performance on revenue and market share growth by supporting and growing our distributor network while also supporting end user customers and strategically hunting new opportunities to partner with distributors within the territory.
Your role:
Develop and execute sales/business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual financial sales and business objectives, while managing and developing sales funnels within assigned customer market segments and geographic territory
Strategically identify, target, and network at all levels within direct and indirect channels to identify new prospects
Maintain existing customer base and identify, where needed, transition plans to maintain business continuity for Sales and Service within each country and account
Identify new strategic partners and successfully onboard to represent our products and services within underserved markets and/or geographies
Train distribution partners to prepare and present pre-sale presentations, conduct post-sale training and perform successful implementations to ensure high customer satisfaction and net-promoter scores
Promote a consultative sales process through exceptional listening skills, identifying and positioning solutions with an emphasis on establishing a productive long-term relationship with all stakeholders
Maintain a thorough understanding of both the Professional and Home & Public market/industry in the region, including industry trends, industry financial measures and performance indicators, and key competitors
Ensure assigned distributors comply with distribution contract requirements and train distributors, sales teams and support distributor sales efforts (assigned and unassigned) within the territory
You're the right fit if:
You have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent education/experience.
You’ve acquired 3+ years of distribution and capital sales. AED and ALS industry experience, preferred.
Your skills include managing distributors or direct employees, record of performance against company objectives; ability to discuss the science of sudden cardiac arrest and resuscitation.
You are bilingual and proficient in English and Spanish

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $222,250 to $252,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
