Philips EMaaS Order Management Specialist in Nashville, Tennessee
EMaaS Order Management Specialist:
Responsible for overseeing sales orders to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers, with a focus on maintaining order integrity and proactive communication to promptly address any issues. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills and a customer-centric approach.
Your role:
Ensure order integrity and timely communication with both internal and external customers to resolve any discrepancies in order dates.
Update customer order details promptly in Project Management and ERP systems as directed by the Project Manager.
Align factory confirmed delivery dates with project manager requested dates and take necessary actions to minimize discrepancies.
Track order shipments through Merge Center and customer sites, utilizing logistical databases and carrier websites to ensure on-time and complete deliveries; expedite deliveries when necessary.
You're the right fit if:
You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and or relevant business experience preferred
You’ve acquired 2+ years of Supply Chain related business experience is preferred
2+ years of business systems experience (ex: SAP/ ERP systems, MS Office, Salesforce PSC, Infodis) & Quality Management systems (ICS Control, SOX etc.) preferred.
Possess excellent verbal, written, and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $25 to $31.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
