Philips Inside Sales Account Manager- Ultrasound Service Solutions (Nashville, TN) in Nashville, Tennessee

The Ultrasound Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for timely delivery of service solutions proposals to a defined account list within the assigned territory.

Your role:

  • Build rapport and trust with customers, over the phone.

  • Work the install base to address renewal, warranty, billable opportunities, while also capturing new business.

  • Based on customer requirements, develops a service solution strategy, which includes additional solutions such as clinical education, Technology Maximizer, and other customized offerings.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams.

  • Generate budgetary and formal quote requests and changes.

  • Negotiate agreements and achieve closure.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of inside sales, field sales, customer service and/or relevant clinical experience. Experience selling medical devices, service agreements, consumables and/or any healthcare selling experience, preferred.

  • Your skills include excellent communication, listening, presentation, strong PC skills (MS project, Office and Outlook) and closing skills.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

  • You’re a results oriented, high energy, balanced, “take charge” individual with a hunter mentality.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $109,000 to $128,000, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
