Radio Frequency Specialist (West Zone)
Radio Frequency Specialist will serve as a post-sales and services technical expert, providing network and wireless design, consultation, and support to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Philips solutions, while collaborating with sales, service teams, and customers globally to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and infrastructure stability.
Your role:
Provide consultation to healthcare institutions on IT network strategies and integration.
Communicate complex network and wireless designs to local implementation teams for optimal Quality of Service.
Ensure technical system configurations and review design changes with the local implementation team.
Lead a diverse team of internal and external resources for network infrastructure installation.
You're the right fit if:
Must have 5 years of relevant healthcare service and technical experience, including network design and implementation skills.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science and Cisco CCNA certification.
Strong understanding of industry standard network design, Philips solutions, and ability to transform customer specifications into complete configurations.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with preferred certifications CCNP/CCDP, CWNA, CWDP, and knowledge of Cisco, Aruba, and Ekahau.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Field Service position.
Ability to travel for business (20% or more travel required based on work and customer demand)

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ, ID, MT, NM, and UT is $83,363to $133,380.
The pay range for this position in CO, NV, OR, TX, and WY is $87,750.00 to $140,400.00.
The pay range for this position in AK and WA is $92,138to $147,420.
The pay range for this position in CA is $98,280to $157,248.
This role also includes field service and lead generation incentive bonus plans, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, field service incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
