Clinical Solutions Leader- Point of Care Ultrasound (Remote-US)

The Clinical Solutions Leader - POC will lead a national team of clinical solution consultants. This individual will be an inclusive leader who communicates effectively and works cross-functionally across the entire business to build a culture of teamwork and results while having the opportunity to design and provide input on future strategies for Philips clinical education.

Your role:

  • Build long-term strategic partnerships within the Point of Care (POC) business unit and account communities. And advance the culture of belonging, inclusiveness, and people development to reduce attrition, create organizational stability, and reinforce the Philips cultural pillars.

  • Create and execute business initiatives to trigger growth and reduce cost for the business and meet or exceed all financial, operational, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with customer teams, commercial and account community, field service, and BU to ensure customer lifecycle management for POC and other modalities equipment.

  • Manage customer and employee escalations with appropriate communications and key stakeholders.

  • Effectively drive change management using LEAN to allow for continual evolution with the Clinical Solutions team toward the long-term vision.

You're the right fit if:

  • 7+ years experienced within Point of Care ULS specialty. Ideally in Commercial/Operations/Program Management AND Leadership skills with strong business and financial acumen including proven record of successful change management.

  • Experience and knowledge of Quality and Regulatory strategies and protocols required. Specifically deploying, managing and auditing a quality program with an analytical mindset and data analysis skillset, highly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree level education required

  • Exceptional communication skills including high-level presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

  • The preferred candidate will also possess: RDMS registration (additional registrations also considered) as well as 3+ years of experience in the field scanning.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field role. Must be able to Travel 50%+ including flying and overnights

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $160,000 to $220,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
