Philips DfX Analyst in Shanghai, China
Job Description
You are responsible for
Perform advanced analytics, data mapping, and reporting for DfX initiatives and projects.
Ensure timely delivery and high-quality analysis and reports. Support system and process improvements including new development needs.
Deploy standards and guidelines to ensure process and system alignment across team members of DfX Consultants and Cost Masters.
Work with experts to gain a full end-to-end view of data processes, ensuring alignment with relevant systems including I2M Planner, SMRS, Qliksense, Peculium, etc.
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate/implement them into analytics solutions. Enable the digital transformation within Integrated Supply Chain Engineering and the DfX team
Support DfX Consultants to co-lead DfX activities including Prepare and Facilitate workshops, Generate project documentations, Alignment with cross functional team members, etc.
Assist DfX Leader on team management related activities.
You are a part of a global team of Design for eXcellence, with wide-ranging backgrounds and competencies, within the ISC Engineering team. You will work globally with a team of experienced consultants to drive end to end improvements across Philips, while ensuring continuous focus on delivering better patient outcomes
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
You have bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analytical, information management, computer/data science, or related field.
Creative and innovative thinker, with strong engineering foundation in data analysis.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes, data sets and financial scenarios.
Good communication and articulation skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.
Independent, structured, and well-planned work approach with strong documentation and guiding capabilities.
Problem-solving mindset with experience in root cause analysis and lean principles.
Curious, resilient, and collaborative, able to work across global teams and time zones.
Ability to work with global, multidisciplinary, and virtual teams.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
Proficient with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Qliksense, PowerBI, SQL, Python, etc.).
Familiarity with health systems and personal health products.
PMP certification a plus.
