Philips GCR PH Finance BP in Shanghai, China
You are responsible for
Responsible for Beauty full P/L performance, including topline growth and selling expense control, delivery of the business and financial plans.
Drive forecasting and planning cycle of the business, including AOP, quarterly rolling forecasting, monthly latest view, strategic planning and other planning activities.
Conduct management analysis on business performance, propose corrective actions and monitor implementation of those actions to drive the delivery of the business and financial plans
Responsible for financials analysis/input into the monthly/quarterly performance review decks (MPR/QPR)
Lead infrastructure (A&P, OFSE, FP&A, HK/TW)
Ensure financially sound decision making by participating in the Market Management Team to deliver meaningful interpretation and decision support based on services and analytics from FP&A resources
Drive Sellex productivity continuously and enhance the effectiveness of Sellex spending management system.
Participate annual budgeting process, lead budget headcount & cost spending discussions with different business functions in charge, perform budget spending control and ensure budget funding happens according to plan.
Drive business case analysis for growth initiatives, business case modelling on key portfolio decisions, and support in financing solutions.
Cross function coordination with accounting GBS, global FP&A team, logistics, marketing, sales, operation team, HR, to facilitate daily operation.
Cooperate with Accounting team to ensure the booking timeliness and accuracy.
Ensure a strong and efficient internal control system in place.

You are a part of
Professional Finance team of Philips China, base in Shanghai, report to PH Finance Business Partner, Greater China.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master’ degree in Finance and or Accounting orientated study
Rounded financial experience say 8 years+ working experience, including solid basis and experience in Accounting & Internal Control
Strong Convincing communication skills
Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data.
Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Can work independently with limited supervision, self-motivated, flexible, can work under pressure
Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint, familiar with business procedures in China, basic tax knowledge
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral and written;
