In this role, you have the opportunity to
- Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey in Health Technology
You are responsible for:
Transforming Philips Healthy Living Lab into China Philips Flagship Store.
Develop annual strategy & bi-weekly plan (Sell out target, traffic planning, activation & promotion, budget, customer experiences)
Framework the new WOW of lab & social & CRM and coordinate/ initiate the breakthrough approach to establish from 0 to1.
Manages store A&P to deliver effectiveness for in-store activation.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Minimum 58 years of experience in retail. Flagship retail experience is welcomed.
Experienced store management with consumer experience & sales capability.
Game changer with entrepreneurship mindset to synergize resources
Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders on various levels
Strong ownership. Positive. Self-motivated
