Philips Legal Intern in Shanghai, China
Your role:
Conduct legal research
Conduct translation for daily legal agreements & documents (English to Chinese; and Chinese to English)
Collect and update legal regulations or cases related to company operation
Assist legal counsel to review legal agreements
Other duties assigned by legal department, such as prepare training materials (PPT), collate legal documents, etc .
More in-depth involvement in specific daily business work referring to the internship development program.
You're the right fit if:
1st year or 2nd year in the graduate study; A senior undergraduate with outstanding performance
Passed national bar exam with proven academic performance.
Majored in law in undergraduate and graduate study. Passed CET 6.
Be able to be on duty 3 days/week.
Be able to be on duty at least 3 months, over 6 months would be a plus.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
