Philips Senior EC Marketing Manager in Shanghai, China

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;

PURPOSE

  • To enhance PH shopper engagement capability in Ali full ecosystem and facilitate internal social digital team coordination to maximize campaign output.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Lead EC marketing strategy and calendar planning based on by category annual plan.

  • Set clear marketing campaign target and KPI to ensure both in/external seamless cooperation and support.

  • Co-work with the marketing team to nail down the detailed plan and 100% execution.

  • Synergize all internal digital resources to tie with E-commerce marketing calendar need and do close-loop marketing to maximize output.

  • Internal engagement/ coaching to improve key counterparts’ understanding of E-commerce marketing approaches and requirement to gain comprehensive support.

  • Closely work with the marketing teams to catch up on the new marketing trend and try shopper engagement approaches to enhance marketing agility

  • Enhance consumer demand creation planning capability

You are a part of

  • E-commerce team within Philips Personal Health portfolio

  • You will report to the E-commerce Leader and collaborate with teams including E-commerce Sales, PH Marketing teams

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in digital marketing and consumer marketing area.

  • Understand E-commerce marketing ecosystem, both in/out site. And know well about the trendy E-commerce marketing approaches

  • Experienced in E-commerce/retail operation management.

  • Good sales skills to manage bilateral relationships, drive all cross-function teams at the same pace to deliver business results.

  • Results oriented, self-motivated and could work under pressure and dynamic circumstance

  • Digital E-commerce content/inbound Marketing/purchase conversion capability

  • Good English command and presentation skill.
