Philips Service Coordinator in Stockholm, Sweden
As a Service Coordinator, you will act as a resource planneras and ambassador of Philips Health Systems ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.
Your role:
Handle inquiries regarding Philips products and services
Workforce maintenance and planning of all types of events
Creating, communicate and confirm customer maintenance plan(s) for preventive maintenance aligned with contract and maintenance requirements
You're the right fit if:
You are service oriented, meticulous and used to work in a customer focused environment
You are flexible, able to manage several tasks simultaneously and a great team player
You are fluent (both verbal and written) in Swedish, English and another nordic language
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
