Philips Category Specialist (HR External Workforce) in Suzhou, China
Your role:
Lead indirect sourcing projects/activities for External Workforce Services in Greater China, ASEAN and ANZ, including sourcing (RFP/RFQ), negotiating and contracting, to support business and fulfill stakeholder’s requirements.
External Workforce Services includes Suppliers supplying Professional and General Staffing to Philips.
Execute on applicable process steps
Guard process quality on operational level
Perform 1st and 2nd line support activities
Provide regular standardized trainings for system users
Provide system maintenance and updates
Seek process improvement opportunities and, depending on complexity, implement them directly or share with respective BPE
Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects or initiatives locally and globally
Ensures compliance with Procurement policies and procedures, codes of ethics and general business principles
Manages relationship with the internal customers and stakeholders proactively
You're the right fit if:
University degree or above in the field of marketing and communications with 5-8 years of related experience.
Experience working in multinational marketing and communications either in-house or first-class international agencies.
Excellent written and spoken English.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
