Philips Order Management Specialist in Suzhou, China

Your role:

  • 根据系统评审后的合同/PO, 准确地在系统内录入订单并与需求计划人员协调给出订单交期承诺。

  • 实时了解生产状况,跟进订单进展,如有特殊需求,及时发起审批流程。

  • 根据订单中约定的付款方式与财务确认货款情况或者信用证进度,在到款后及时协调财务放单并开具出库单。

  • 及时与物流协调安排订舱发运,并将发货计划提供给销售。

  • 制作发货后对应的单证给客户,出口包括箱单,发票,提单,原产地证等,保证按时交单,国内运输包括增值税发票。

  • 根据商务要求制作PI/OC给客户,协助销售订单的签订和付款。

  • 根据销售合同,维护客户主数据,完成系统评审和操作。

  • 实时准确地记录发货数据以及相关单据的整理和归档,配合内审及外审的相关工作。

  • 积极参与公司内部精益工作流程项目。

You're the right fit if:

  • 本科或者本科以上学历。

  • 候选人必须拥有日语一级证书,具备基本商务日语沟通能力。

  • 候选人具备基本的英文书面阅读书写能力,拥有CET-4/6 证书者加分。

  • 拥有3年或者3年以上在日本企业工作或者服务日本客户经历。

  • 熟练使用各种办公室office 软件(WORD/EXCEL/PPT etc.)。

  • 具备一定的ERP软件使用经验(SAP优先)。

  • 对于日本的相关法律法规有基本常识(税法,物流法等。)

  • 具备医疗产品经验者加分。

  • 良好的跨部门沟通能力。

  • 性格稳重,做事务实踏实。
