Philips System Support Intern in Suzhou, China
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Understand the application system architecture of the enterprise (e.g. SAP \ Salesforce).
Have a whole view of Philips Service Delivery business process.
Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to achieve success.
Digital and automation skill learning and practice opportunity.
You are responsible for
Maintain the user profile for all of customer service system applications.
Monitor the system performance and clean all of system interface error log daily.
For some unexpected system issue, raise the system issue request to global IT and tracking it.
Standardization and Documentation of daily work operation procedures.
Other ad-hoc job assigned by line manager should be completed with accuracy in time.
Working time: Minimum 3 days a week, preferably 4 days.
You are a part of
- The SSD after-sales management team adheres to "customer first" and aims to provide customers with the highest quality service through high-quality and efficient cooperation with BMF, technical and other related teams
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Good at English reading and writing, listening and speaking are preferred (CET 4 and above).
Familiar with Microsoft office suite.
Good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
Honest, dedicated and patient.
